Our Founders
Mario Tartaglia
Mario has been a licensed builder since 1993 having managed residential construction sites, built custom homes, and developed commercial buildings and apartments. In addition, he has worked in corporate America amassing a 23-year career at AT&T in various management positions. After AT&T he took to the private sector managing civil and asphalt projects within the asphalt industry. Mario has various real estate holdings which allow him to manage properties from both the owner and client perspectives. Although he has had a diverse career, he thoroughly loves managing properties. In his free time, he enjoys coaching and playing soccer and spending time with his family and friends.
Luke Zagorski
Luke has been in the property management industry for almost 20 years, in both the third-party and owner-operator sectors. He has overseen the management, leasing, sale, refurbishment, and acquisition of tens of thousands of residential units in his career, and has worked with a wide range of property classes. Although he has experience with markets across the United States and United Kingdom, he is Michigan-based and Midwest-focused. He is most passionate about the areas of the industry that require that fine line to be walked between fulfilling the needs of both ownership group and resident.

With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, we know where other property management companies can fall short.
